We use another testing provider for our day-to-day testing requirements of the clinic. When COVID-19 struck, there was a need for mass testing for a variety of entry and work requirements which meant we needed to find another partner to help with the volume of our testing needs.

We needed another testing partner to support us with the volume of COVID tests we needed to process in a short space of time. Salient bio offered a 99% 24-hour turnaround time, their labs are UKAS accredited and they have great customer service.

We used salient bio to support our PCR and lateral flow antigen testing during the COVID-19 pandemic. We sent tests to them and received results back on the same day or the next day turn around.

Salient bio allowed us to offer mass COVID-19 testing during the height of the pandemic. We were able to offer same day and next day COVID-19 testing services with confidence that we could get our patients their results within the time frame we had promised.

This opened a new revenue stream for the practice and introduced us to many new patients who otherwise wouldn’t have known about us.
