We use another testing provider for our day-to-day testing requirements of the clinic. When COVID-19 struck, there was a need for mass testing for a variety of entry and work requirements which meant we needed to find another partner to help with the volume of our testing needs.

We needed another testing partner to support us with the volume of COVID tests we needed to process in a short space of time.

Randox offered 24-hour results and were assessed by Public Health England to provide 100% accurate results on the samples tested. They were known to us from their other diagnostic testing across a range of disease markers.

We used Randox to support our PCR and lateral flow antigen testing during the COVID-19 pandemic. We sent tests to them and received results back the next day.

Randox allowed us to offer mass COVID-19 testing during the height of the pandemic. We were able to offer COVID-19 testing services with confidence that we could get our patients their results within the time frame we had promised.

This opened a new revenue stream for the practice and introduced us to many new patients who otherwise wouldn’t have known about us.
