When setting up my private general practice, I knew that compliance was one of the most important elements which I needed to be in place from the get-go.

I needed a system which kept everything in one place, kept policies up to date and that I could easily share with my team. QCS had everything I was looking for and more.

We integrate QCS policies throughout our CQC compliance system. All policies are reviewed annually and when changes have been made.

Each member of staff, both clinical and admin, have a login to QCS where we allocate a reading list of policies the staff need to read and understand. We can see which policies have been read and send reminders those who have not completed their reading.

We use the compliance tools to prepare our team for CQC inspection and organise surveys, as well as the resource centre to access articles, templates and updates.

QCS has enabled us to stay on top of compliance and ensure all members of staff are fully up to date with policies and procedures.

QCS has also made preparing for CQC inspections easier. We can evidence our staff training, demonstrating compliance and staff feel more confident in asking any questions the CQC may ask them during the inspection.

The dashboard offers a great view of the most relevant polices, latest updates and shows which documents have been accessed recently.

The app also gives the option to customise/create your own policy if you want to have a specific policy in place.

The resource centre is a great way to access templates and updates/articles.
