GP TeamNet

Before using GP TeamNet as our HR absence scheduling software, we were using a shared calendar and spreadsheet to record staff absences.

Our monthly clinical meeting is also managed through TeamNet. Everyone is sent an invite and the meeting is scheduled into the shared diary. The agenda is linked to the meeting and follow up notes are also attached.

It is easy for everyone to view past and upcoming meetings, reading the minutes if they were unable to attend.

GP TeamNet is making our HR function work much more efficiently. Managers can easily approve holiday with full oversight of the rest of the team to ensure sufficient cover is in place.
